Shipping policy
Here's everything you need to know about how we ship our Chicago House Music tees right to your door. We're committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible, so you can represent the rhythm, pride, and underground legacy of the city that built the beat.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping methods & timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (at our discretion)
- Expedited shipping is not currently available
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days (depending on destination)
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (at our discretion)
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Shipping costs & tracking
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically; details will be provided at checkout.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Delivery issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us at glossbosschicago@gmail.com within 7 days with photos.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
International orders
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
