Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at glossbosschicago@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges:

  • We offer free size exchanges for the same product.
  • Contact us at glossbosschicago@gmail.com to request a size exchange.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for size exchanges.
  • Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new size at no additional cost.

Exchanges for Different Products:

  • To exchange for a different product, you must return the original item for store credit and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
